Worst Dunkin' Donuts in Springfield. Every time I have to go there all the workers just sit there and continue having there conversations while all the customers wait or get fed up and leave. The dunkchino machine is always broken. Very unfriendly staff. I just drive an extra 5 minutes out of my way to the liberty dunkin. This dunkin should take notes from them!!!!

Terrible service. They'd rather talk to employees at Pride than take your order. Nobody in line but me and keeps taking orders from drive thru. After 5 mins I don't need a coffee that bad
