  This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts in the whole city of Springfield I work for home health care so I take care of elderly people all around the whole city and I used to work at Dunkin Donuts myself a few different ones and all I can say is the crew at this Dunkin Donuts is the most disrespectful juvenile just all-around crappiest crew ever except for one young girl that works in the morning I'm not even sure she works on a regular basis but she's there at least after 6 a.m. and she's a young beautiful Puerto Rican girl or of Hispanic descent the rest of them just make that area have a bad bad name which it already does so good job guys you suck
